Allowances and the exchange rate are effective 16 October 2026. That is the same day as the pay period.

On-base housing

The Incirlik Air Base housing page requires most people to live on base.

• Military and civilian personnel must live on base.
• Teachers and contractors are the exception.
• Off-base referral help on that page is written for DoDDS teachers.
• People in government housing do not set a rent against these ceilings.

Government housing is in three areas.

• Phantom is for enlisted members.
• Falcon is for officers.
• Eagle is for enlisted members and officers.
• Communities may mix while renovations are underway.
• Units have two, three, or four bedrooms.
• Each unit has a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
• Apply with DD Form 1746.
• A walk-in within 30 days of arrival keeps the eligibility date from the previous installation.
• After 30 days, the date is the walk-in date.

Unaccompanied housing is for unaccompanied Airmen in grades E-1 to O-5.

• Each person gets a private sleeping room.
• Government furniture stays in the room.
• Extra furnishings can create a storage or shipping cost.
• Do not ship a household to fill a dorm room.

Off-base power is 220 volts at 50 hertz.

• Housing in that section has 220 volts.
• Transformers for small appliances come from the furnishings office.

Before you sign

• Ask the housing office whether you must live on base.
• Do not sign an off-base lease first.
• Apply for government housing within 30 days if you want the earlier eligibility date.
• Unaccompanied members should ask about a dorm room in grades E-1 to O-5. Ask before you ship household goods.
