Japan
Updated
These are the Japan guides on Next Base Guide. Each one keeps allowances and rates in a table with a last-checked date. A figure without a cited source is marked Needs verification.
Housing off base in these guides is OHA, not BAH. Read OHA overseas for the rent, utility, and move-in rules as DTMO states them, then open the base page. Kadena uses locality JP027 (listed as Okinawa) and Yokota uses JP065. Both guides print ceilings from the DTMO OHA Rate Lookup. Both installations tell most families to live on base when an adequate unit is available.
