Quick summary

These pages are the steps for a permanent move, for leave days you have saved, for a work-trip claim, and for a move you arrange yourself. They do not replace your orders or your local office.
A PCS (permanent change of station) is a permanent move to a new base. That page follows Military OneSource and the Defense Personal Property System, which books household goods.
Leave is time away from duty that comes out of a saved balance. The pay office page says how many days you can carry over. This page does not say how many days you earn each month.
TDY (temporary duty) is a short work trip, not a move. File the claim in the Defense Travel System (DTS) when the trip was set up there.
A PPM (personally procured move) is when you move your own stuff and the government pays you back. The amount is on the official page.

These pages explain common military processes in plain English. They are not a substitute for your orders, your servicing office, or the regulation.

PCS step by step follows Military OneSource and the Defense Personal Property System.
Leave uses the DFAS special leave accrual page. It does not print an accrual rate.
TDY vouchers uses DFAS and the Joint Travel Regulations. DTS is the usual system when the authorization was built there.
PPM moves are personally procured moves, sometimes called DITY moves. The payment amount is on the official page, not here.
